1) We are sorry to announce that we can no longer offer free shipping. Even though other online stores inflate their shipping costs to make up for low prices, and the total cost at our store was still less than other online stores, customers were just seeing our prices and thinking they were higher, so...we have updated out shopping cart and our policies to reflect this. We have tried to keep our shipping costs accurate, rather than inflating them to make up for low prices the way other online stores do.
2)Orders are shipped First Class or Priority Mail (depending on weight)
via the U.S. Postal Service.
3) Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery in the continental U.S. (You will find
that most items will arrive in about 7-10 days.) If you are concerned about
the timing, please
call 530-209-0456 to be sure it is in stock and can be expedited.
4) OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: Not all items are always in stock.
We receive deliveries from our suppliers on a weekly basis, but sometimes
a particular item or color will be temporarily out of stock at the factory. To avoid
disappointment, please allow 2 to 3 weeks delivery time. If items are back
ordered from overseas, it may take as long as 4-6 weeks.
Refunds & Exchanges
1. Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt of the item.
2. All custom orders and consignment sales are final, as are clearance items, and there are no exchanges, returns or refunds on these items.
3. Item must be in the same condition it was in when it was shipped out unless it was damaged during shipment to you. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the item when you return it.
4. Item must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
5. Used items and consignment items cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. All refunds are processed on the first business day of each month. You should receive your refund by the 7th of the month.
Exchanges
1) Exchanges will gladly be made on new items if the item is shipped
back within 10 days of receipt and is in undamaged condition.
2) Used items or consignment items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
If your order is paid for and then prices go up, of course you will
still get the items at the price you paid. We try to keep prices down,
